Together with the Office of Economics and Innovation we are lead partners and have been granted a 3,6 Million Euro Grant for the next 3 years to work on innovative solutions for a more circular and sustainable food environment.
We are partnered with:
Södertälje kommun (SE) BERAS International Sverige (SE) Vejle Kommune (DK) Culinary Institute by VejleErhverv (DK) Food Innovation House (DK) LATVIAN FOOD BIOECONOMY CLUSTER (LV) ScanBalt BioRegion (EE) Tartu Biotechnology Park (EE) Lietuvos inovacijų centras / Lithuanian Innovation Centre (LIC)Prizztech Oy (FI) Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences Steinbeis Wissens- und Technologietransfer GmbH (DE)
Our Kick-Off Event was in Hamburg on March 6th & 7th and we introduced the partners to our city with insights into foodlab, Hobenköök, The Hafen City, Mushlabs, & Gut Haidehof.
We look forward to a successful grant to hopefully change consumer behavior toward good practices, create circular business opportunities, and make food chains and production more regional so that societies can make a big step towards climate-neutrality.
