Kismet goes Vejle!!

Onward and Upward with Working to Enable Sustainable Food Environments in the Baltic Region

We came together in the #innovative city of @Vejle Denmark to further develop the toolbox for our @EU Interreg Baltic Region grant. There we enjoyed 3 days of intense workshops planned by the @Food Innovation House and @Xamk where we shared, ideated, brainstormed, and developed a better understanding of what we hope to achieve working together. The hospitality and organization of the workshop could not have been better and we all look forward to the results and how we can move forward from here!

@Torsten Gasser and @Anna Krol and I were truly inspired from the Vejle Innovation park in Denmark and we look forward to how we can learn and develop our #circulareconomy and #sustainability plans for Hamburg!!
